BloodLink — Emergency Blood Donor Coordination
A JavaFX desktop application that matches emergency blood requests to eligible donors. Role-based accounts for donors, requesters, and admins; a scoring-based matching engine weighing blood-group compatibility, distance, donation cooldown, and request urgency; and an admin dashboard with live charts and audit history, all backed by MySQL through a layered controller / service / DAO architecture.
I worked on most of the system across our four-person team — the data model, the eligibility and matching rules, and the admin analytics views.
Built with Claude Code as an implementation tool, directing the architecture and feature set throughout.
